After a stressful day, there is nothing better than experiencing aromatherapy because it gives you a deep relaxation. An ancient ritual practiced in China, Egypt, and Greece. Aromatherapy is a method of relaxation based on aromas such as; mint, eucalyptus, lavender, and citrics. These aromas make our sense of smell connect with our nervous system to create a deep relaxation.

Furthermore, spas use aromatherapy in massages to stimulate the nervous system. When you are in your favorite spa with your massage session enjoying a lovely view, with a citrus aroma and feel a deep well-being you will understand the power of aromatherapy. On the other hand, in my personal use I have aromatherapy mint drops that I put in my room diffuser for a fresh smell. I recommend them because I have noticed a well-being since I use them especially in my sleep quality. Every time I feel the smell of mint gives me a feeling of tranquility and freshness.

Nature allows us to experience well-being through aromatherapy and with its variety of scents you can choose your favorite. The benefits will depend on the plants you use in aromatherapy oils such as; lavender that especially helps with migraine.

An interesting fact about aromatherapy is that our sense of smell is connected to our hippocampus a part of the brain that involves emotional memory. When a smell brings you a good memory you will understand why. As a kid, my father always used drops of mint for headaches and from there every time I smell mint I remember it. The mint aromatherapy has benefits in increasing memory, less stress and relieves headaches.

If you’ve never done it, try aromatherapy to help you feel well. On the other hand, you have the option to choose the smell that you like. It will be an unforgettable experience that will stimulate the sense of smell.

Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without
